To use it…
By installing our STANDARD Roadmap solution, as shown in the screen shots below it includes:
- Our Country Flags, High Level, Portfolio and Program Roadmap Reports
- Custom forms and views to Show a Task on one or more of those Reports
- Roadmap Task Icon dropdown to tailor with your own icons, shapes, and colors
- Roadmap Task Tag textbox to connect any set of Tasks into a single High Level Roadmap bar
- Roadmap Bar Label text box to add a specific wording to a Roadmap bar
- Roadmap Bar Color to tailor with your own names and colors
- Roadmap Font Color to tailor with your own names and colors
- Roadmap Task Icon Label to provide specific wording to a Roadmap icon
- Roadmap Task Sort Order to ensure Roadmap bars are presented in the desired order
- Roadmap Task Comment to store internal notes about the Task that are not shown on the Roadmap
- Roadmap Portfolio, Portfolio Sort, Program, and Program Sort to ensure standardized sorting
- Report Title Override to add a customized note to the top of any Roadmap report
- Project and Task filters to restrict the Roadmap to the desired data
- Date Range to specify the appropriate timeframe for a particular Roadmap

By installing our ADVANCED Roadmap solution, in addition to all of the standard features, it also includes:
- Our “Lines” technology, allowing you to connect any two Tasks, in any direction, in any color
- With Lines in place they are then rendered as an overlay on any Roadmap for clarity and emphasis
- Four additional Roadmaps (Stage, Task, Task Summary, and Task Detail)
- Instructions to create and invoke new custom icons (at no additional cost)
- Up to five optional “department-specific” Icons (in order to resolve context specific disputes)

TopFrom $10,999/Year for STANDARD Roadmap (unlimited use)
From $21,999/Year for ADVANCED Roadmap (unlimited use)Your first year’s annual license of our Roadmap solution includes up to eight hours for branding, installation, and training. And because it’s based on our Magic Reports technology, if you’d like us to tailor it to suit your needs exactly, we’d be happy to discuss a fixed quote to do so.
Optionally, you may also choose to start with a one month paid trial for $4,999, which includes the above eight hours for branding, installation, and training. That amount is non-refundable, but should you decide to proceed with an annual license before the trial ends, we will then apply it as a credit against your first year’s annual license.
