TopOur Lite-Brite solution lets you control project plans and resourcing with Lite-Brite cells that show the Planned and/or Projected timing of Official Baselines and/or Current Workplans
To use it…
By installing our Lite-Brite solution, as shown in the screen shots and video, it allows you to then:
- Use our proesses, custom data, and dashboards at the Project, Program, Portfolio, and Standalone level, each containing three sections
- Use the Report options section to set the Report Title Override, Notes, and toggle PM Tasks (“Official”) / and or regular Tasks (“Real”), whether to show Baselined, Planned, and/or Projected Dates for each, and whether to collapse the weekly data into a single row per Project, or to show Overlaps and/or (NEW!) highlight conflicts
- Use the Lite-Brite Section to review the resulting selected information, colorized using the convention of interest (e.g. Phases, Customer, Project Type, etc.)
- Use the Gantt section to review, navigate, and adjust the underlying data
- Export the data to Excel (or PDF, Word, TIFF, or PowerPoint for additional analysis)
Once configured, simply View Report to get the latest dates in real time, WITHOUT having to export data or reformat the results.

TopFrom $11,999/Year (unlimited use)
Your first year’s annual license of our Lite-Brite solution includes up to eight hours for branding, installation, and training. And because it’s based on our Magic Reports technology, if you’d like us to tailor it to suit your needs exactly, we’d be happy to discuss a fixed quote to do so.
Optionally, you may also choose to start with a one month paid trial for $4,999, which includes the above eight hours for branding, installation, and training. That amount is non-refundable, but should you decide to proceed with an annual license before the trial ends, we will then apply it as a credit against your first year’s annual license.
