Our AFA (Approved, Forecast and Actuals) Burn List solution tracks Rates, Hours and Hour Costs at the Total, Portfolio, Program, and Project level

To use it…

We will help you run our “Package Installation” to install our AFA Burn List solution into your Workfront instance, including the dashboards, Magic Reports, filters, and views upon which the report then generates, tracking margins on multi-currency projects in a drill down fashion at the Total, Portfolio, Program, and Project level.

Refer to the AFA Burn List glossies in the Media section below, which illustrate the functionality in detail.

Once installed, the resulting AFA Burn List solution then provides all of the following:

• Available as a Standalone dashboard and at the Portfolio, Program, and Project levels
• Adjust Currency Converter to find the latest desired Exchange Rate reference
• Set optional Project filter
• Choose Page Height (set to maximum by default)
• Choose the desired drill-down level of detail: Total, Portfolio, Program, or Project (default)
• Enter the desired Currency and Exchange Rate
• Set the optional Delta Cutoff +/- amount to control positive (blue) and negative (red) highlighting
• Right click to toggle xls, pdf, pptx, doc, or tiff, then left click to download
• Rates, Hours, and Hour Costs averaged and summed with by Total, Portfolio, Program, and Project
• Approved (Baseline) Internal Rate / hr, Hours, and Hour Costs
• Forecast (Planned) Internal Rate / hr, Hours, and Hour Costs
• Scope Creep Costs and Cost %
• Actuals Internal Rate / hr, Hours, and Hour Costs
• Approved Remaining Hours, Costs, and Cost %

To then configure it for the Users of interest:

• Share the AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Standalone), AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Portfolio), AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Program), and AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Project) dashboards with those Users of interest (e.g. manually, via a group, or make Visible System-Wide)
• Use either the native Create Baseline, AtAppDemo Baselineᐩ (Standalone) and/or AtAppDemo Baselineᐩ (Project) dashboards to generate the Baselineᐩ data that drives the detailed data against which the report then generates
• Add our AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Standalone), AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Portfolio), AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Program), and AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Project) dashboard and custom sections to those Users of interest either manually (temporarily, to test), or (recommended, when you are ready) via their Layout Templates

And finally, to test it for the Users of interest:

• Login As one of those Users of interest (for context)
• Open the AtAppDemo AFA Burn List (Standalone Dashboard) dashboard on a Project of interest
• Choose the Project Filter of interest
• Set the Report Settings (e.g. Currency, Exchange Rate, etc.)
• Click View Report to render the report
• Assess the results (e.g. adjusting the Report Settings and re-running the report to Show more details)
