DETAILS

In order to register, we will require a temporary SysAdmin account in your Workfront environment and permission to share your results in our Anonymous Participants Report.

Once registered, we will send you instructions on how to pay the $999 Registration Fee via Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, and once we receive your payment, will confirm the SysAdmin account credentials with you, then schedule the date of your Health Checker run. When that date arrives, we will use the SysAdmin account to generate a Workfront Snapshot for analysis. Where possible, we will use your full history (since the 2GB technical limit should be sufficient for most participants), but in some cases, we might have to reduce that history to a more recent timeframe, and/or omit certain business rules. We will only use the Workfront Snapshot for this intended Clutter Contest purpose, and will delete it immediately afterwards to ensure security.

Given that, we will then:

Connect the Workfront Snapshot
Enable and run the Business Rules
Generate your Health Checker Reports
Generate your Health Checker Excel Files
Generate your Health Checker Dashboard filters
Delete the Workfront Snapshot to ensure security
Email your Health Checker Reports and the Anonymous Participants Report
